Premium Collections Specialist

The role also coordinates with Billing, Enrollment, and other departments and provides backup support for billing and collections.

What you'll do

• Monitor delinquent group and individual accounts
• review delinquency, aging, and collection reports
• prepare and track collection communications
• document customer responses, payment arrangements, and resolutions
• collaborate with Billing and Enrollment
• respond to billing and collection inquiries
• maintain records for reporting, compliance, and audits
• provide backup billing and collections support.
