The role guides nursing staff, supports assessments and treatments, monitors changes in residents’ conditions, coordinates with families and care partners, and helps maintain regulatory compliance.

What you'll do

• Lead and oversee weekend nursing operations
• support high-quality resident care according to individualized care plans
• supervise and guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• perform assessments and assist with medications, treatments, and documentation as needed
• monitor changes in condition and follow up
• communicate with physicians, families, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary staff
• assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.
