What you'll do

• Perform physical work across residential construction phases, including framing, roofing, siding, windows and doors, cabinetry, finish carpentry, mechanicals, and quality assurance
• lead and supervise builders, carpenters, and production personnel
• train employees
• review project scope before production
• support schedules and deadlines
• direct subcontractors
• document workplace violations
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• ensure proper tool and equipment use and enforce safety requirements
• provide project updates to the Production Manager.
