What you'll do

• Oversee daily cottage operations and direct care
• assist with admissions, scheduling, and onboarding of Adolescent Treatment Workers
• train and supervise assigned staff across shifts
• monitor staffing ratios and continuous resident supervision
• support trauma-informed care and appropriate crisis interventions
• participate in program development
• coordinate with case managers and therapists
• maintain confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
