What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or commercial dishwasher
• clean kitchen surfaces and equipment
• dispose of waste and recycling
• organize and replenish supplies
• help clean dining areas
• follow food-safety and health regulations
• collaborate with culinary and service teams
• respond to spills and cleaning emergencies.
