WFS Employment Specialist — DDA Program

The WFS Employment Specialist — DDA Program role is onsite in Spokane, WA, and is full-time. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The role provides employment services to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages through Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest. The specialist assesses participants, supports job readiness and placement, and provides coaching and follow-up to help people obtain and retain employment. The role also works with employers to develop accommodations and supports, while maintaining participant records and program compliance.

What you'll do

• Assist with program development and referral screening
• build relationships with employers, participants, referral agencies, and team members
• assess job matches
• provide job coaching, training, and job-readiness services
• support participants in seeking and retaining employment
• assist employers with training, accommodations, and natural supports
• maintain case records and reports
• and provide services across multiple locations and caseloads.
