Registered Behavior Technician

The Registered Behavior Technician role is onsite in Milton, DE, with pay of $18–$26 per hour. Ocean Front Counseling provides behavior analytic intervention services to children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings.

What you'll do

• Work one-to-one with children under direct supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts, deliver assessment-informed curricula and evidence-based treatments, collect accurate therapy data, follow the BACB code of ethics and HIPAA policies, attend training, communicate with supervising analysts, and maintain reliable transportation, a driver’s license, and car insurance.
• RBT certification must be completed before becoming eligible to work.
