What you'll do

• Build knowledge of destinations, trip styles, and itineraries
• respond to prospective travelers by phone and email
• create customized itineraries and proposals
• follow up on leads and guide clients through booking
• enter reservations
• address pre-trip questions and requests
• collaborate with marketing, air, concierge, and operations
• work Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MT, with a rotating Saturday shift, 8 AM–3 PM MT.
