The Retail Merchandiser, Market Lead role is onsite at assigned retail garden centers in Victoria, TX. Compensation is $20 per hour. Altman Plants grows and supplies cacti, succulents, annuals, perennials, and shrubs to retail customers. The merchandiser maintains attractive, sales-ready plant displays and supports product flow at assigned stores. The role tracks inventory and sales, coordinates with store personnel and company teams, and helps train new team members at the assigned location.

What you'll do

• Maintain sales-ready plant displays
• remove empty racks
• rotate, merchandise, and price products
• record unsellable plant scrap
• assist with resets, displays, and special events
• communicate with merchandisers, supervisors, vendors, and retail associates
• provide inventory updates
• complete cycle counts
• review sales reports
• follow assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays
• use tools safely
• assist with training new team members.
