The purpose is to maintain commercial continuity, identify integration risks, and help acquired clinics operate within the company’s commercial model and performance framework.

What you'll do

• Own and execute commercial integration plans for acquired clinics
• build 30/60/90-day plans
• coordinate work across Sales, Marketing, Payer Relations, Strategic Partnerships, Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Legal
• support pre-close commercial diligence and identify risks
• align sales structures, onboarding, and compensation plans
• integrate marketing assets and brand standards
• coordinate payer communications, credentialing, and contract transition planning
• assess and integrate strategic partnerships
• align staffing, processes, and tools
• establish performance baselines, dashboards, and status reporting
• document lessons learned and playbook improvements.
