Job overview

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is hybrid, serving children and families throughout Nebraska, with primarily remote work and one required in-person visit per month. What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans
  • supervise and guide behavior technicians
  • monitor client progress and adjust plans
  • collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • and maintain accurate documentation and compliance with ethical and clinical standards. Active BCBA certification and Nebraska behavior analyst licensure, or willingness to obtain it, are required
  • a relevant master’s degree is required.
