Rubble Yard Supervisor

The role coordinates employees, equipment, and material flow to keep the yard operating safely and efficiently. It combines hands-on equipment and material handling with supervision, quality checks, safety oversight, and coordination of inbound and outbound loads.

What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and guide yard employees
• manage daily workflow and assignments
• respond to equipment, customer, and safety issues
• assist with sorting and processing material
• operate a wheel loader or excavator as needed
• inspect incoming loads and material piles
• monitor equipment condition and report repairs
• coordinate outbound shipments
• enforce safety procedures and regulations.

Why this role
