What you'll do

• Recruit, coach, and manage electricians and apprentices

• ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety requirements
• conduct field inspections and quality reviews
• provide technical guidance
• manage goals, budgets, staffing, KPIs, and profitability
• coordinate with sales, dispatch, and customer service.
