The Senior Facilities Technician — Second Shift role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN, with stated pay of $33–$36 per year. The position supports the safe and efficient operation of FULLBEAUTY Brands’ distribution facilities and equipment. The technician installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs distribution and building systems, including conveyors, packaging equipment, HVAC, and powered equipment. The role also handles electrical, plumbing, and general facility work, records maintenance activity in the computerized maintenance management system, and supports shift handoffs. The listed schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 3:30 PM to 12:15 AM.

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair distribution equipment and building systems
• use the computerized maintenance management system to record work and communicate shift turnover items
• replace lighting ballasts and fuses and reset overloads
• perform plumbing, carpentry, painting, and drywall tasks
• complete outdoor property duties as required
• work extra hours and weekends when scheduled
• accept temporary transfers between Indianapolis and Plainfield facilities
• follow safety requirements.
