What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meat and vegetables
• coordinate with cooks and line workers to serve guests efficiently
• follow food safety and risk management guidelines
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• maintain a California Food Handlers Card
• rotate, label, and control food usage
• maintain waste and temperature logs
• clean work areas and assist with inventory.
