The Evening Hotel Supervisor role is onsite in Charlottesville, VA, at Albemarle Estate at Trump Winery. Pay is $24.00–$28.00 per hour plus gratuities and tips. The supervisor supports evening hotel operations and the Guest Services, Housekeeping, and Server teams at the estate. The role helps the Hotel Director advance guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and revenue performance by overseeing staff, resolving guest needs, maintaining property standards, and supporting events and guest experiences. The regular schedule is primarily 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with open availability needed for weekends and holidays.

What you'll do

• Oversee evening hotel operations and provide leadership to Guest Services Specialists, Housekeepers, and Servers
• conduct property rounds and resolve guest issues
• inspect guest rooms and public areas
• manage check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and package bookings
• coordinate with service and culinary teams
• lead pre-shift meetings
• guide guests on estate amenities, wine production, cuisine, and local attractions
• support revenue initiatives and hotel events
• follow safety, emergency, and security procedures.
