The Branch Director role is an onsite position in Conroe, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The salary is $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus a 10% annual bonus. The role also partners with sales leadership, maintains regulatory and quality compliance, and scales staffing and workflows as the branch grows. An administrative on-call rotation is approximately one week every two to three months, taken from home.
