This position manages restoration projects from initial inspection through mitigation, reconstruction, and closeout while also overseeing a small technician crew. It adds project and field-oversight capacity, supports client relationships and business development, and helps the DC Metro market grow.

What you'll do

• Respond to leads and inspect sites
• develop scopes and estimates using Xactimate or equivalent
• manage mitigation and reconstruction projects through closeout
• coordinate production, crews, and subcontractors
• maintain client and referral relationships
• track job documentation and financials
• oversee up to three technicians
• support safety, quality, and market operations.
