What you'll do

• Grow the territory by converting surgeons from traditional fixation solutions
• secure hospital and ambulatory surgery center approvals
• develop relationships with surgeons and healthcare decision-makers
• educate and support surgeons through cadaver labs, product training, first cases, and ongoing clinical support
• develop regional key opinion leaders
• manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
• partner with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
