What you'll do

• Assist clients with transfers, mobility, toileting, grooming, bathing, dressing, nutrition, and fluid intake
• provide medication reminders but do not administer medication
• perform health-related household tasks such as meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and housekeeping
• record activities and care
• report changes in client condition
• coordinate with authorized family members and agency staff
• attend required in-service education.
