What you'll do

• Support the Community Manager
• process move-ins, move-outs, and security deposit documentation in property management software
• maintain resident and property files, including verifications, lease renewals, and collections
• assist with lease renewals and coordinate interim and annual recertifications
• help ensure compliance with applicable housing regulations.
