What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day hospice clinical operations and patient care
• run interdisciplinary team meetings and keep plans of care current and followed
• hire, coach, and develop hospice nurses, aides, social workers, and chaplains
• maintain survey readiness and compliance with Medicare hospice Conditions of Participation
• support the team through on-call coverage, death visits, and difficult family moments
• serve as the clinical voice for the hospice program.
