What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow company procedures and standards for food quality, sanitation, and customer service
• manage costs including cash, food, labor, and supplies
• set up cash registers and support shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train team members when requested
• complete reports and other shift administration
• conduct operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures. Higher levels may include inventory, food orders, staffing adjustments, mentoring, and broader shift ownership.
