Plant Controller — Strategic Finance Leadership

What you'll do

• Lead site and business-unit forecasting, budgeting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and analysis
• identify and communicate financial and operational performance drivers
• develop business cases for capital expenditures and track results
• design and monitor internal controls
• ensure US GAAP and corporate reporting compliance
• strengthen standard and product costing
• lead and develop the site finance team
• manage the location performance pay plan.
