What you'll do

  • Oversee CERC operations during assigned shifts
  • ensure facility safety and readiness
  • conduct safety rounds and inspections
  • supervise and support staff
  • monitor staffing and assist with coverage
  • support youth engagement and crisis intervention
  • ensure sign-in/sign-out and documentation procedures
  • respond to emergencies and complete incident reports
  • support family engagement, outreach, reporting, and compliance.
