Compensation is $17–$18 per hour. The Prep Cook role is onsite in Garden City, NY. The position supports the Tap Room kitchen, part of Upstream Hospitality Group, which describes its approach as creative, progressive, and original. What you'll do

• Wash, peel, and cut foods
• prepare items consistently to recipes and standards
• maintain station and kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• label and store products
• receive and store supplies and equipment
• report equipment issues to management
• complete opening and closing checklists
• communicate product needs
• assist cooks and kitchen staff
• fill in for team members as needed.
