Operations and Production Supervisor

Job overview

The Operations and Production Supervisor role is onsite in Salt Lake City, UT, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and pay of $80,000–$100,000 annually. The role leads production and fulfillment serving financial-services and enterprise customers. The supervisor oversees daily production, employee leadership, quality, and operational performance so customized customer deliverables are produced accurately and released on schedule. The role also supports equipment launches, process improvement, and a growing operation.

What you'll do

• Lead daily production activities and operations meetings
• manage schedules, staffing, customer commitments, output, labor utilization, throughput, and workflow
• respond to disruptions and make operational decisions
• support equipment installation, startup, testing, training, and ramp-up
• coordinate with maintenance and vendors
• improve processes
• conduct quality checks and audits
• maintain records and procedures
• lead, coach, train, and develop employees
• support inventory, warehouse coordination, and material flow.
