What you'll do

• Teach American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, and First Aid classes in accordance with ARC standards
• coordinate course setup, supplies, materials, and certifications
• mentor candidates
• evaluate performance and provide feedback
• maintain current ARC Instructor credentials
• collaborate with aquatics leadership, onsite teams, and instructors.

Why this role
