What you'll do

• Complete patient databases, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and other required documentation.
• Orient and assess patients, provide counseling during crises and around program requirements, arrange community referrals when appropriate, conduct intakes and group counseling, participate in case conferences and treatment plan reviews, and collect and test drug screening samples using proper chain of custody.
