What you'll do

• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
• maintain cash drawer and tickets
• prepare cash control and summary sheets
• report overages and shortages
• reconcile receipts, cash, and charges
• perform revenue drops and secure funds
• greet guests and answer parking questions
• resolve complaints or escalate when needed
• issue or collect visitor tickets
• maintain a clean and safe booth and surrounding area
• report incidents and safety concerns.
