Job overview
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is currently a fully remote role serving children and families throughout Georgia. Compensation is up to $93 per hour, with negotiable rates based on experience. The position may transition to a hybrid model if state regulations require additional in-person services in the future. The BCBA provides assessment, treatment planning, technician supervision, and caregiver collaboration to support clinical progress for clients receiving Applied Behavior Analysis services.
What you'll do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- supervise and guide behavior technicians
- monitor client progress and adjust plans
- collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
- maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
