What you'll do

• Observe, document, and assess student progress
• analyze student data
• develop and implement individualized lesson plans
• engage families in program services and activities
• conduct family conferences and home visits
• maintain safe and engaging indoor and outdoor environments
• complete monthly reports and newsletters
• comply with Bauer policies, state licensing, and Head Start standards
• attend scheduled meetings and professional development.
