Compensation is $0 per year. The After-Hours IT Support Desk Technician role is 100% onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, working Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The 20 is a nationwide managed service provider supporting businesses and IT service companies. The technician resolves client technology issues through a ticketing system and remote connection tools. The role helps maintain reliable client operations by diagnosing problems, following standard procedures, documenting interactions, and meeting service performance goals.

What you'll do

• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues involving workstations, mobile devices, operating systems, software, hardware, and peripherals
• manage the ticket queue
• provide customer support using remote connection software
• document customer interactions
• follow SOPs and knowledge-base articles
• meet or exceed KPI goals
• troubleshoot advanced desktop issues, VPN connectivity, entry-level server support, hardware, and line-of-business systems.
