What you'll do

• Contribute to new product and project programs for stamped metal parts
• collaborate with customers, production, and engineering
• perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions for PLC, automation, and robotics issues
• support prototype builds, program launches, and equipment installations
• assign work to junior engineers and track progress as directed
• manage project goals and KPIs
• maintain machinery uptime and takt time.
