Production Lead

The Production Lead role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, with compensation of $24–$29 per hour. The position coordinates daily production across assembly, specialty assembly, and packaging. The role exists to align staffing, materials, work instructions, and production priorities so the team can meet output, quality, safety, and delivery requirements. It monitors line performance, addresses constraints, develops employees, and coordinates with planning, engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.

What you'll do

• Plan, sequence, and execute daily production across assembly, specialty assembly, and packaging
• supervise, coach, and develop production employees
• assign work and balance staffing
• monitor output and address bottlenecks, staffing gaps, material shortages, equipment issues, and other constraints
• reinforce work instructions, ESD requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures
• track performance and coordinate with planning, supply chain, engineering, and quality.
