Production Lead — First Shift

What you'll do

• Support staffing to meet production targets
• operate multiple machines
• ensure production numbers are accurately entered in the ERP system
• manage physical and ERP inventory locations
• assist with employee performance oversight
• help train staff on quality, safety, and performance metrics
• ensure line quality metrics are met
• provide constructive feedback
• report material, personnel, or equipment shortages
• promote collaborative relationships and safe workplace practices.
