What you'll do

• Lead manufacturing functions including machining, assembly, production planning, inventory control, logistics, and facilities
• set operational strategy and KPIs
• manage scheduling, labor planning, capacity, and material availability
• coordinate the facility move and shift expansion
• maintain customer quality requirements
• lead Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and root-cause problem solving
• manage departmental budgets, P&L, labor utilization, costs, and capital investment
• and develop the operations team.
