What you'll do

• Lead technical operations across warehouse management, equipment operations, technical field teams, and logistics against safety, quality, cost, and service targets
• set the annual operating plan, staffing, capital needs, and budget
• develop KPIs and dashboards
• lead process improvement and automation
• manage and develop a roughly 75-person organization
• oversee inventory, warehouse workflows, equipment maintenance and lifecycle planning
• manage logistics relationships, routing, and delivery performance
• partner with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
