What you'll do

• Coordinate technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the backup dispatcher and help manage daily operations.
• Keep technicians moving efficiently by managing the dispatch board.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and scheduling.
• Coordinate parts ordering, inventory, and deliveries to support technicians.
• Help organize warehouse operations and support logistics.
• Assist technicians with material pricing and job quoting.
• Answer inbound customer calls and online inquiries as needed.
• Follow up with customers regarding HVAC replacement options and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain reporting and tracking for operational and sales activities.
• Partner with leadership to identify and solve operational challenges.
• Work closely with customer service and field teams to ensure successful installations.
• Help support both HVAC and plumbing operations by making sure technicians have everything they need to succeed.
