What you'll do
- Collect and analyze resident data
- assess needs and develop, monitor, and revise individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team. Provide and supervise nursing care, including medication administration, lab draws, and nursing procedures. Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and support safe staffing. Maintain resident records and communicate care needs, orders, and dietary recommendations. Monitor medication compliance and documentation
