Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is in person in Evergreen, CO, and pays $20–$27 per hour based on experience and location. Alpaca Health is a network of independent ABA therapists serving families in homes, schools, and daycares. The technician works one-on-one with children with autism, following a personalized plan from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role implements behavior strategies, collects data, and builds consistent relationships that support children’s progress.
