What you'll do

• Oversee property maintenance and technicians
• complete service requests in occupied apartments
• maintain mechanical systems, grounds, and common areas
• support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals
• conduct construction walkthroughs and inspections, including HUD inspection preparation
• coordinate with landscapers, vendors, and contractors
• assist with contract bids and capital projects
• help reduce maintenance costs
• support community operations and the Urban Village Program responsibilities described in the posting.
