What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct routine and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, amenities, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and verify credentials as required
• report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• document patrols and incidents.
