Deposit Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Coach and develop Deposit Operations staff
• oversee ACH, wire, check, returns, stop payments, account maintenance, statements, and notices
• monitor workload, service levels, and quality
• identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• maintain controls and audit readiness
• partner with Risk, Compliance, Audit, Fraud, and Financial Crimes
• lead operational testing and validation
• manage vendor relationships and change readiness.
