What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures, access-control protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities
• greet visitors, verify appointments or authorization, issue credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and delivery records
• monitor lobby activity, security systems, and communications
• report suspicious activity, facility concerns, and policy violations
• respond to incidents and notify leadership or emergency services when appropriate
• direct visitors, manage deliveries, answer phones, and provide front-desk support.
