Driver – Resident Transportation

The Driver – Resident Transportation role is onsite in Olmsted Falls, OH. Pay is $16 per hour. The Renaissance Retirement Campus’s mission is to affirm older adults’ dignity and support their quality of life. The driver provides safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation for residents, helping them reach destinations while supporting their independence and safety. The role also assists Resident Services with errands and basic resident requests.

What you'll do

• Meet, greet, assist, and transport residents
• prepare vehicles and review safety supplies
• assist residents entering and exiting vehicles and secure wheelchairs
• support residents at destinations
• monitor participant safety and respond to incidents
• perform basic vehicle checks, cleaning, and maintenance
• maintain transportation and inspection logs
• assist Resident Services with errands and supply purchases
• and provide basic services as requested by residents.
