What you'll do

• Participate in English-Spanish production huddles and prepare forms, tools, and materials
• assist with batching, mixing, pouring, placing, and finishing concrete
• operate production machinery and material-handling equipment safely
• follow production schedules and throughput goals
• complete in-process quality checks
• keep the work area organized
• use PPE and follow safety protocols
• perform basic equipment care and report issues
• help onboard team members by demonstrating work steps and safe practices.
