What you'll do
- Assess basic physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Plan patient care with patient and family involvement.
- Implement the patient's plan of care.
- Evaluate patient's health status in relation to outcomes of nursing interventions/medical therapies.
- Provide patient/family education.
- Adhere to infection control policies.
- Participate in Quality Improvement programs.
- Perform unit-specific duties.
- Complete documentation according to policy.
- Set goals and priorities for provision of care.
- Ensure patient safety.
- Collaborate with other disciplines.
