What you'll do

• Work at HopeHealth locations as assigned and communicate difficulties to a supervisor
• assist providers with patient evaluation and treatment, including intake, vital signs, diagnostic procedures, and lab work
• assist with medication refills when needed
• facilitate patient flow and room turnover
• maintain supplies and records
• enter data, respond to calls, schedule appointments, educate patients, and support vaccines and immunizations
• travel between assigned offices as needed.

Why this role

Requires national Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification and BLS certification; reliable transportation required. Access Hope shifts may rotate among the floater pool and can include Monday–Saturday hours.
