What you'll do

• Manage recruitment from intake and sourcing through interviews, selection, and offer acceptance
• partner with hiring managers on role requirements and priorities
• source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, career fairs, and community outreach
• screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• maintain applicant tracking records
• coordinate background and reference checks, pre-employment screenings, onboarding, and orientation support
• ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO requirements, and fair hiring standards
• monitor time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline health and recommend process improvements.
